Process the application fee
When you are ready to apply, pay the non refundable application fee $200 (for preschool) Or $300 (for Elementary, Middle and High School ) per student via yappy or bank transfer. Access the Admissions Platform
Once our accounting department confirms receipt of payment, you will receive an email with the link to access the admissions platform, where you will need to fill out the form with student and parent information.

Requirements per section

Early Childhood & Preschool (Nursery, Pre-Kinder, and Kinder)
* Birth certificate (national or foreign), Panamanian juvenile ID card (both sides), or child’s passport (for foreign children)
* Parents’ ID cards or passports
* Health certificate
* Vaccination card
* One (1) passport-size or digital photo
* Clinical reports from specialists, in case of therapies or accommodations
* Immigration status of the parents and student (if applicable)

Elementary (1st to 6th Grade)
* Birth certificate (national or foreign)
* Panamanian juvenile ID card (both sides) or child’s passport (for foreign children)
* Transcripts from previous school(s), including grades for all completed levels from 1st grade up to the current date
* Report card from the last grade completed
* Conduct letter issued by the previous school
* Parents’ ID cards or passports
* Health certificate
* Vaccination card
* One (1) passport-size or digital photo
* Clinical reports from specialists, in case of therapies or accommodations
* Immigration status of the parents and student (if applicable)

Middle & High School (7th to 12th Grade)
* Birth certificate (national or foreign)
* Panamanian juvenile ID card (both sides) or student’s passport (for foreign students)
* Transcripts from previous school(s), including grades from 1st grade up to the present date
* Report card from the last grade completed
* Certificate of completion of Basic General Education
* Parents’ ID cards or passports
* Health certificate
* Vaccination card
* One (1) passport-size or digital photo
* Clinical reports from specialists, in case of therapies or accommodations
* Immigration status of the parents and student

Schedule Tests
Once we have the documentation in the system, we will coordinate with you the appointment for the psychological test and academic test, depending on the level to which you aspire.

Decision on Application
Once all prior steps have been completed and the application is reviewed by the Admissions Committee, we will communicate the result of your application.

Registration
Once you receive the admissions decision, please proceed with the necessary payments and complete the registration process. This includes reviewing the school’s policies, signing the audiovisual consent form, and finalizing the school contract.
