* Transcripts from previous school(s), including grades from 1st grade to present (original and Spanish translation)
* Report card from the last grade completed (original and Spanish translation)
* Conduct letter issued by the previous school (original and Spanish translation)
* Study certification issued by the Regional Commission for Validation and Revalidation of the Ministry of Education
* Parents’ ID cards or passports
* Health certificate issued by a licensed physician in Panama
* Vaccination card
* One (1) passport-size or digital photo
* Clinical reports from specialists, in case of therapies or accommodations
* Immigration status of the parents and student
